Portage la Prairie, MB – Kyle Gee turned aside all 25 shots he faced and Rhett Sigurdson scored a goal and added two assists to lead the Capitals - U15 to a 5-0 triumph over the Lightning - U15 at Portage BDO on Friday.

Capping off the scoring for the Capitals - U15 was Devin Kendall, Maguire Lepp, Alex Ferguson, Lane Gates each tallying single markers. Sigurdson, Gage Brennan and Noah Bracken each added two assists.

Goaltender Eddy Person made 43 saves in the loss for the Lightning - U15.

With the victory, the Capitals - U15 improve to 10-17-0-1 while the Lightning - U15 fall to 5-25-0-0.
