Portage la Prairie, MB – Rhett Sigurdson scored a goal and added an assist to help secure the Capitals - U15 a victory in a 6-3 victory over the Rangers - U15 at Portage BDO on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Capitals - U15 was Brody MillerDevin Kendall, Reid Munro, Maguire Lepp, Alex Ferguson chipping in with singles. Hayden Tkachyk added three assists. Goaltender Nicholas Bertholet turned aside 27 shots for the Capitals - U15 in the victory.

Finding the back of the net for the Rangers - U15 was Madden Atkinson, Cole O'Connor and Drew Luhowy each contributing with single markers. Goaltender Benjamin Gardner made 50 saves in the loss for the Rangers - U15.

With the victory, the Capitals - U15 improve to 11-17-0-1 while the Rangers - U15 fall to 5-24-0-0.
